Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunding. If the Client misses a session without notice, the session will be counted as attended, and no refund will be provided. Liability Waiver: The Client acknowledges that participating in fitness activities involves risks, including the risk of injury, and agrees to waive any claims of liability against the Trainer and their business. Health and Medical Disclosure The Client must inform the Trainer of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or medications that could affect their ability to participate in exercise. The Client should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program if they have concerns about their health or physical condition. Block Purchases: All sessions must be used within 3 months except in cases of illness or emergency subject to approval. Unused sessions will expire after the allotted time and cannot be carried over to future blocks or refunded. Spaces are limited, If the class is fully booked, you may be placed on a waiting list. Block bookings are non-refundable except in cases of illness or emergency, subject to approval. Intellectual Property: The Trainer retains ownership of any fitness programs, workout plans, or other materials provided to the Client during training. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any of the materials without written consent from the Trainer. Privacy Policy: The Client’s personal information will be protected. The Trainer may collect, store, and use personal information for purposes related to training, billing, and communication. Code of Conduct: The Client agrees to behave respectfully towards the Trainer and other clients. Disruptive or abusive behaviour may result in termination of services without refund Termination of Services: The Client or Trainer may terminate the agreement at any time with prior notice, however if the client decides to terminate the sessions no refund will be given. If the Trainer is unable to fulfil services a refund will be provided.
