1-1 Mobile Personal Training Session
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the session being charged in full, with no refund or reschedule offered. Liability Waiver The Client acknowledges that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including injury. By participating in training sessions, the Client agrees to waive and release the Trainer and their business from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation, except where caused by negligence. Health & Medical Disclosure The Client must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect safe participation. The Client confirms they are fit to exercise or have sought medical advice where necessary. The Trainer reserves the right to modify or refuse sessions if health or safety concerns arise. Payment Policy All sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance for the session to go ahead. Sessions not paid for within this timeframe may be cancelled or reallocated. Block Booking Policy Block-booked sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless extended due to illness or emergency (subject to approval). Unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried forward. Block bookings are non-refundable except in approved exceptional circumstances. Intellectual Property All programmes, plans, and materials remain the intellectual property of the Trainer and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent. Privacy Policy Client information will be kept confidential and used only for training, billing, and communication purposes, in line with data protection regulations. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. No refunds will be issued if the Client chooses to terminate. If the Trainer is unable to fulfil services, a refund for unused sessions will be provided.
